At WORD, worship is more than music — it’s a lifestyle.
The Worship Ministry exists to lead the body of Christ into deep, authentic encounters with God through heartfelt praise, anointed music, and Spirit-led expressions of adoration. We believe that worship prepares the atmosphere for transformation, healing, and revelation — drawing us into the very presence of God where lives are forever changed.
Our worship leaders don’t perform — they minister. Whether through song, instrument, dance, or silence, we respond to God’s greatness with reverence, passion, and joy. The Worship Ministry seeks to inspire every believer to become a true worshipper — one who worships in spirit and in truth, both on stage and in everyday life.
PURPOSE OF THE WORSHIP MINISTRY
- To create an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit is welcome and free to move (John 4:23)
- To lead the congregation in powerful, God-centered worship that glorifies Jesus (Psalm 34:3)
- To cultivate a culture of worship that goes beyond the stage and into daily living (Romans 12:1)
- To train and equip musicians, singers, and worship leaders in spiritual excellence and humility (1 Chroniclea 15:16)
- To usher in healing, deliverance, and prophetic flow through music and praise (1 Samuel 16:23)
To prepare the hearts of people to receive the Word of God with joy and expectation (Psalm 100:4)
