The Security & Protocol Department at Word Empowerment Ministries exists to maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment for worship, fellowship, and ministry. This department is entrusted with more than just crowd management or protection; it upholds the dignity and flow of every service, ensuring that all things are done “decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40).
Our team operates with vigilance and humility, understanding that their role is both practical and spiritual. They serve as gatekeepers; monitoring entrances, safeguarding the grounds, responding to emergencies, and providing direction during services or large gatherings. Protocol officers also assist with coordinating ministerial and guest movements, ensuring that our leaders and visiting speakers are received with honor, efficiency, and care.
Every action they take is rooted in love for God’s people and a desire to serve the ministry well. By creating a secure and structured atmosphere, they allow the congregation to focus on worship and receive the Word without distraction or concern.
