Learning and Development Department

The Learning and Development Department is the training and capacity-building arm of Word Empowerment Ministries. It exists to strengthen the core of the ministry by nurturing the spiritual, personal, and leadership development of every volunteer, leader, and staff member. We believe that growth is not optional in the Kingdom; it is essential.

This department curates and facilitates programs that align with the church’s mission to raise up mature, grounded, and empowered believers. Through workshops, ministry onboarding sessions, leadership intensives, mentorship, and ongoing discipleship classes, the Learning and Development team ensures that everyone serving in the ministry is equipped with knowledge, spiritual depth, and practical tools.

We are intentional about fostering a culture of excellence and stewardship. Every training moment is an opportunity to reinforce biblical values, refine gifts, clarify vision, and raise confident, humble, Spirit-led leaders who serve with integrity and purpose.
