The Events and Logistics team takes care of everything that happens before, during, and after each outreach event. From setting up chairs to managing schedules, we make sure the details are covered so the mission stays clear.

Community days, church gatherings, conferences, and special projects all need planning and coordination. Our team works behind the scenes to book venues, organize materials, arrange transport, communicate with volunteers, and make sure everything flows as it should.

Each event is an opportunity to serve with excellence and create an environment where people feel welcome, supported, and cared for. We believe that good planning reflects good stewardship, and we approach each task with a heart for service and a spirit of unity.

We may not always be seen on stage, but we’re always present; praying, preparing, and making things happen. This is more than logistics. It’s ministry in motion, and we’re honored to play a part in it.
