The Point Coordination Department is the administrative core of Word Empowerment Ministries, ensuring all activities and operations flow with clarity, purpose, and excellence. We build systems that support the ministry’s vision and empower every team, leader, and volunteer to serve effectively.

Our role is to bring structure to vision: facilitating communication, scheduling, documentation, and logistics across all departments. From major events to daily processes, we coordinate efforts to ensure unity, integrity, and efficiency in everything we do.

Rooted in stewardship, we see administration as both worship and service, carried out with diligence, prayer, and grace.
